What will we do?
I will ask purposeful questions to understand who you are, who you want to be, and your current goals. I will suggest frameworks and resources for immediate impact and ongoing learning. You will leave our first session with tools and new perspectives to navigate challenges and strengthen relationships. In ongoing sessions, I will hold us accountable to your goals as we utilize emerging insights to strengthen your emotional intelligence and cultivate your leadership capacities.
What is emotional intelligence?
The heart of confident and compassionate leadership. Emotional intelligence, or EQ, is the ability to recognize and use emotional awareness effectively instead of being unaware of how emotions influence our perceptions and how others see us. The EQ-2.0 Assessment, which is a part of the coaching engagement, enhances self-awareness, providing insights for immediate positive changes aligned with your goals.
